After fermentation, the Vinum Rosso matures for a year in a chestnut barrel. In the glass, it captivates with its energy, freshness, and richness of flavor. It may be surprising at first, but then reveals a multitude of delicious aromas. We pair it with an oriental meal, spicy and delicately herbal.
