Sandra and Jakub usually harvest them in November, which is very late, but hey, we are in Moravia! The stems are already woody. Only a few, the most beautiful grapes are picked by hand, so that in the end, they fill exactly one small barrel of wine. Fermentation takes place in open tanks for two months. Afterward, the wine is pressed and transferred to a barrique. Ročník has two faces: one side is elegant and ripe from aging in barrels, subtle and long. The other side is characterized by the fruit of the Cabernet Sauvignon, which develops abundant herbal spice in the Moravian soil.
