Like all wines from Les Granges, it is rare, with barely more than 1,000 bottles produced annually. It is made from 70% of the Vien de Nus grape variety. It originates, as the name suggests, from the village of Nus and is mostly only grown here, which is not surprising considering the 6 hectares of vineyards worldwide. This rare, indigenous grape variety is blended with Petit Rouge, Premetta, Mayolet, and Fumin.
