After spontaneous fermentation, the wine matures for 18 months in large oak barrels and barriques before being bottled unfiltered. The first sip makes us fear the wine might leap from the glass, so full of energy it contains. It tastes of red berries, accompanied by mineral, slightly peppery notes. Its tannins are pronounced and ripe, and the wine captivates with its elegance and complexity. This nuanced, medium-bodied wine is a classy accompaniment to hearty dishes, especially pepper steak.","brand":"setpember","offers":[{"title":"default","offer_id":55641844318583,"sku":null,"price":32.0,"currency_code":"CHF","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0934\/7330\/9047\/files\/627bc433bb3ddf605dad4a05_BurjaReddo.jpg?v=1755772338"},{"product_id":"colfondo","title":"ColFondo Agricolo","description":"Colfondo is the traditional variant of Prosecco production. Only two dozen producers still produce it or are producing it again. The wine develops a sparkling quality through a second fermentation in the bottle. Unlike a Crémant, for example, the yeast responsible for fermentation remains in the bottle. This means that Colfondo retains its sediment, hence the name 'con il fondo,' which gives it a breadcrumb aroma. Very dry and crisp, it accompanies seafood, a hearty aperitif, or even dinner.","brand":"setpember","offers":[{"title":"default","offer_id":55642037289335,"sku":null,"price":19.0,"currency_code":"CHF","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0934\/7330\/9047\/files\/6400e1b0d15ba05a2c1fbf5f_BeleCaselColFondo.jpg?v=1755774743"},{"product_id":"vinum-rosso","title":"Vinum Rosso","description":"Guido Gualandi produces only 600 bottles of Vinum Rosso annually. He uses Pugnitello grapes. Once thought to be extinct, the variety was rediscovered and propagated in a Tuscan vineyard in the early 1990s. Today, the Pugnitello grapes are spread across 25 hectares. After fermentation, the Vinum Rosso matures for a year in a chestnut barrel. In the glass, it captivates with its energy, freshness, and richness of flavor. It may be surprising at first, but then reveals a multitude of delicious aromas. We pair it with an oriental meal, spicy and delicately herbal. It also pairs well with a hearty main course or a hearty Mediterranean dinner.","brand":"setpember","offers":[{"title":"default","offer_id":55642063208823,"sku":null,"price":23.0,"currency_code":"CHF","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0934\/7330\/9047\/files\/628e48571d4179a6752160f0_GualandiRosso_25f18a61-739e-41c9-a79e-59755b22f061.jpg?v=1755775155"},{"product_id":"campedello","title":"Campedello","description":"We share a special history with Massimiliano Croci. Massi awakened our curiosity for natural wines by explaining to us that they weren't a new invention. Massi's grandparents, as well as his mother and father, had known nothing but spontaneous fermentation without additives or filtering. And that was until the end of the 1990s! Campedello is a sparkling natural wine from the Colli Piacentini. Massi makes it from a good half Malvasia and just under half Ortrugo and Trebbiano grapes. Aromas of grapes, bread crust, and fruit rise from the glass of this robust natural sparkling wine, wonderfully fresh and complex. It pairs perfectly with hearty appetizers accompanied by fruit, cheese, whole-grain or sourdough bread.","brand":"setpember","offers":[{"title":"default","offer_id":55642063602039,"sku":null,"price":19.0,"currency_code":"CHF","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0934\/7330\/9047\/files\/628defba9986ecce4a1a2f6f_CrociCampedello_eed028a7-948e-434f-8626-0f7911955b8b.jpg?v=1755775164"},{"product_id":"foddree","title":"Foddree'","description":"Our Foddrée from Sicily is a Pét Nat, a sparkling wine that is only partially fermented in late autumn and bottled, where the remaining fermentation takes place. This type of bottle fermentation leaves fruit particles and yeast in the wine. This is why Pét Nats are generally cloudy. Fabio makes his fresh, tart Foddrée from Catarratto grapes. The prolonged contact with the skins allows for the extraction of not only the aromas but also the tannins. This gives the wine its robust character. Natural wine lovers enjoy it as an aperitif. This naturally sparkling Caterratto is equally impressive as a food accompaniment. Its crisp freshness and herbal and fruity aromas complement Mediterranean appetizers, seafood cooked with plenty of herbs, or a cheese platter.","brand":"setpember","offers":[{"title":"default","offer_id":55642070909303,"sku":null,"price":15.0,"currency_code":"CHF","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0934\/7330\/9047\/files\/627cc9fa7c1488d16507f76e_FerracaneFoddree_d22b0c3a-1248-48a5-9acf-244066928f72.jpg?v=1755775292"},{"product_id":"reddo","title":"Reddo (2022)","description":"Reddo is a blend of one-third each of Schioppettino, Blaufränkisch, and Refosco, three grape varieties typical of Slovenian winemaking. Jérémy's 'Uzée' cuvée consists of 60% Gamay and 40% Mondeuse grapes. The latter is an old, difficult-to-tame red wine variety that smells of violets and dark wildflowers and produces exciting, low-alcohol wines. Combined with the berry-forward Gamay, the result is a rich, delicious, and digestible wine. It's now at its peak—we only have a few bottles left—and displays notes of cassis, blackberries, and cherries. Ripe and without added sulfur, it's meant to be enjoyed the evening after opening, while its delicious aromas linger, until the last drop.","brand":"setpember","offers":[{"title":"default","offer_id":55642074906999,"sku":null,"price":22.0,"currency_code":"CHF","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0934\/7330\/9047\/files\/627a61f1639e9b0009f641f8_LesCortisUzee_4d271310-fd96-4654-b440-549b8bc3f3bc.jpg?v=1755775353"},{"product_id":"dornfelder-2","title":"Dornfelder","description":"A specialty, the Dornfelder has a concentrated, acidic fruit flavor with a dark color. The grapes ferment on the skins for two weeks. The wine then ages for six months in steel tanks before being bottled without the addition of SO2. The aromatic Malvasia grape, typical of the hills of Piacenza, gives this natural wine a delicious harmony of rich fruit, while the skin-maceration ensures a round body. Sandra and Jakub usually harvest them in November, which is very late, but hey, we are in Moravia! The stems are already woody. Only a few, the most beautiful grapes are picked by hand, so that in the end, they fill exactly one small barrel of wine. Fermentation takes place in open tanks for two months. Afterward, the wine is pressed and transferred to a barrique. Ročník has two faces: one side is elegant and ripe from aging in barrels, subtle and long. The other side is characterized by the fruit of the Cabernet Sauvignon, which develops abundant herbal spice in the Moravian soil. Ročník is meant to accompany a meal or be enjoyed with plenty of time, attention, and some sourdough bread.","brand":"setpember","offers":[{"title":"default","offer_id":55642077659511,"sku":null,"price":16.0,"currency_code":"CHF","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0934\/7330\/9047\/files\/62695d43d1a969154db0312d_HerzanoviRocnic_1d284de5-de47-4c7a-a861-90561ff8ab37.jpg?v=1755775390"}],"url":"https:\/\/shop.setpember.ch\/en\/collections\/wild-ones.oembed","provider":"Setpember Vin \u0026 Vinyl","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
