{"title":"Les Cortis","description":"","products":[{"product_id":"teraxe","title":"Teraxe","description":"Teraxe is made from the Altesse (90%) and Chardonnay varieties. The vines grow on soils of limestone and marl over granite. When we stand in the rows of vines on clear days, our gaze glides dozens of kilometers across the Rhône Valley toward the Savoy Alps. The plots are surrounded by forests, hedgerows, and pastures. Everything blends together to form a vast wild garden, and we taste it in this wine. For Teraxe, the grapes remain on the skins for ten days. Because Jérémy relies on gentle extraction, the wine offers a successful balance of fruit, fermentation aromas, and tannins. We recommend Teraxe as an aperitif riche with cheese and vegetables or with a medium-bodied main course.","brand":"setpember","offers":[{"title":"default","offer_id":55641842844023,"sku":null,"price":21.0,"currency_code":"CHF","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0934\/7330\/9047\/files\/67b0a859f83a353645e2b845_teraxe_les_cortis1_setpember_vin_vinyl_202.jpg?v=1755772289"},{"product_id":"gastine-2023","title":"Gastine 2023","description":"Gamay, Chardonnay, Corbeau, Mondeuse, Altesse, Pinot Noir, and Chasselas: Jérémy combines seven grape varieties in his Gastine 2023, a blend of four red and three white varieties. In terms of character, Gastine is a rosé with a great deal of class, one that embraces, entices, and perhaps won't let go for a long time. Fruity and relaxed, it has everything you need for rosy happiness: noble aromas, a delicious, restrained acidity, and plenty of drinking pleasure. It effortlessly accompanies any aperitif situation, whether with or without richness (in modern German, Apéro Riche).","brand":"setpember","offers":[{"title":"default","offer_id":55641842909559,"sku":null,"price":21.0,"currency_code":"CHF","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0934\/7330\/9047\/files\/626bb84763d24797547f8d86_LesCortisGastine.jpg?v=1755772295"},{"product_id":"uzee","title":"Uzée","description":"We discovered Domaine Les Cortis in Bugey, a forgotten, picturesque wine region wedged between the French Jura and Savoy. Jérémy's 'Uzée' cuvée consists of 60% Gamay and 40% Mondeuse grapes. The latter is an old, difficult-to-tame red wine variety that smells of violets and dark wildflowers and produces exciting, low-alcohol wines. Combined with the berry-forward Gamay, the result is a rich, delicious, and digestible wine. It's now at its peak—we only have a few bottles left—and displays notes of cassis, blackberries, and cherries. Ripe and without added sulfur, it's meant to be enjoyed the evening after opening, while its delicious aromas linger, until the last drop.","brand":"setpember","offers":[{"title":"default","offer_id":55642074906999,"sku":null,"price":22.0,"currency_code":"CHF","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0934\/7330\/9047\/files\/627a61f1639e9b0009f641f8_LesCortisUzee_4d271310-fd96-4654-b440-549b8bc3f3bc.jpg?v=1755775353"},{"product_id":"gastine","title":"Gastine","description":"Jérémy from Les Cortis decides each year which cuvées he wants to produce. In 2020, for the first time, he opted for a blend of all the grape varieties found on his six-hectare vineyard. Gastine combines the red varieties Gamay, Corbeau, Mondeuse, and Pinot Noir with the white varieties Chasselas, Chardonnay, and Altesse. Gastine is therefore a blend, with grapes of both colors fermented together in a single mash. Unlike a classic rosé, the 2020 Gastine is dry and tart, fresh and funky. This makes it a wonderful food companion when we crave both a white and a red. We like to drink it slightly chilled below room temperature with a starter of bread and side dishes, or a light main course with cheese or vegetables.","brand":"setpember","offers":[{"title":"default","offer_id":55642075234679,"sku":null,"price":21.0,"currency_code":"CHF","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0934\/7330\/9047\/files\/626bb84763d24797547f8d86_LesCortisGastine_fa11c443-c8a0-4f88-a3a7-c02cb89bdc96.jpg?v=1755775357"},{"product_id":"neumite","title":"Neumite","description":"The Les Cortis cuvée 'Neümite' consists of 85% Gamay, 5% Mondeuse—both red grapes—and 10% Altesse, a regional white grape variety. The 2020 vintage is the first and only vintage of this cuvée, as Jérémy attributes it to a unique, fortunate coincidence. Known for light to medium-bodied wines from Switzerland or Beaujolais, Gamay in the limestone of the Bugey region creates a mineral wine. The present, ripe tannins of the Neümite come from the grapes being macerated with the stems for three weeks. The warm year of 2020 gave the winemaker good ripening, which made this possible. Néümite exhibits equal parts rusticity and pep. That's why we like to drink it with a simple dinner. It's also delicious slightly chilled for a snack. Either way, he takes us on a Gamay adventure in the undergrowth of the French wilderness.","brand":"setpember","offers":[{"title":"default","offer_id":55642075431287,"sku":null,"price":21.0,"currency_code":"CHF","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0934\/7330\/9047\/files\/626bb5ab328f0846d0990d90_LesCortisNeumite_4fb3ed89-1355-4063-9586-6c10685aa536.jpg?v=1755775360"}],"url":"https:\/\/shop.setpember.ch\/en\/collections\/les-cortis.oembed","provider":"Setpember Vin \u0026 Vinyl","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
